I have been in many hotels, from very cheap to 5 stars. The service of Baymont Inn Sam Houston was awsome, since the beginning the driver and the receptionist were the best in times of crisis. I really appreciate their effort to help me. I was there for a test CS (is very near) and they helped me to solve some situations i had in my way to IAH. The breakfast is not gourmet, but is pritty good for the price.

Initially I had reserved for a Day and I had planned to move after my first day. The Stay was comfortable and fine. I continued to stay here for 3 days as we were exploring Houston. I will stay there if I am back to Houston again.

The Location was ideal regarding my business there and rooms were fine, clean and quiet. really comfortable. Problem i encountered was that when i reached the George Bush Airport, i tried to call the hotel for shuttle but there phone was dead. I tried for about 1 hour in the airport but i could not contact them. I had to take a cab from airport which costed me $*. When i reached to the hotel and asked about the phone, the receptinist jst told me that the line was down due to rain. I couldn't believe it but she didn't reply to my any other question and jst handled me my room card. Because of exam tension i didn't say anything else and i jst went to my room. It was a comfortable clean room. except abit noisy airconditioner, rest were fine. I walked to my test center, it is only few minutes walk but beware of rain.

OK place to stay, would stay again
06/14/2009The room was nice, staff friendly, good value for the money. enjoyed the pool. (it was actually deep enough for tall people)
